Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Loyaltty subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; access will continue through that period and no further charges will incur.

For example, if you cancel halfway through a month, you keep access until month’s end, and we do not bill the next month. Thereafter, your subscription will not renew. Note that per common SaaS practice, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

Free Trial

New customers typically receive a 30-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin billing, and cancellations made after trial expiration are subject to the terms below. No refunds are provided for time already used in the trial.

Refund Eligibility

Except as required by law (see below), Loyaltty does not provide cash refunds for subscription fees. This is similar to industry practice: for instance, Slack’s policy is that credits are non-refundable. After cancellation, your service continues until paid-through date, but the fee for that period remains earned and non-refundable.

In special cases where a refund may be appropriate (e.g. duplicate payment or billing error), we will review and process it on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund is issued via the original payment method and typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Automatic Renewals

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month. To avoid renewal, cancel at least one day before the next payment date. We send reminders before renewal, but it is your responsibility to cancel if you wish to stop.

Legal Rights

This policy is consistent with applicable consumer laws. For example, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have a 14-day cancellation right for digital purchases. Accordingly, EU-based customers may cancel within 14 days of an initial annual purchase and receive a refund for any unused portion of that period, provided services have not been fully delivered. Outside of this (and other local legal exceptions), no further refunds are required.

How to Cancel

To cancel, simply log into your account and follow the cancellation process, or contact Loyaltty support at support@loyaltty.com. Upon confirmation, your subscription end-date will be emailed to you.

If you believe you qualify for a refund (per the above criteria), please contact support with your account details.

In summary: Loyaltty subscriptions are flexible – no long-term contract and cancel anytime – but non-refundable for used service (consistent with many SaaS businesses). We encourage customers to evaluate the service fully (via the free trial) and to reach out promptly if any refund issues arise.

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of the date published. Loyaltty reserves the right to update these terms (with notification) in order to comply with new laws or business practices.
