Creating a deal is straightforward: • Open the Acquire section in the Loyaltty app or dashboard. • Enter the details of your offer—for example, “10% off your first visit” or “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.” • Loyaltty automatically generates a digital coupon and QR code associated with that offer. • Save and publish the deal so it can be shared in-store and online. Most merchants can create a new promotion in under a minute.

Customers can redeem deals in two primary ways: • In-store: They scan your QR code displayed at the counter, on signage, or on a printed standee. • Online: They tap a deal link shared via social media, email, or SMS and present it when they visit. Loyaltty logs each redemption automatically. The experience is app-free for customers—everything runs through a mobile browser.
