Loyalty Login & Account Troubleshooting

Users may occasionally fail to log in or stay logged in. Common reasons include simple login errors or browser/device issues. For example, HubSpot’s help advises checking that your browser is up-to-date and supported, then clearing cache and cookies. Ensure you’re entering the correct email address for your Loyaltty account (if you have multiple emails, use the one you registered with). If your password is forgotten, use the “Forgot Password” link – then check your inbox (including spam) for the reset email. HubSpot notes that if reset emails don’t appear, adding the sender domain to your email allowlist often fixes it.

Likely causes: Typos in email or password; expired password; browser blocking cookies; account deactivated or not yet approved; company firewall blocking the Loyaltty domain; two-factor or SSO errors (e.g. session expiry).

Resolution steps:

  • Password reset: Click Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link sent by Loyaltty. If you don’t see it, check spam and whitelist notifications from loyaltty.com.
  • Try a different browser or device: Use Chrome or Firefox (latest version). Clear cache and cookies. Sometimes switching to a cell network (instead of work Wi-Fi) can help if your network is blocking login requests.
  • Check account status: If you’re a newly approved user, ensure your account is activated. Contact your account admin to verify you have an active seat on the Loyaltty account.
  • SSO/MFA: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or two-factor authentication, follow those prompts carefully. (Note: some SaaS platforms auto-logout after a period of inactivity.)
  • Mobile app: If using Loyaltty’s mobile app, try reinstalling it or updating to the latest version.

Self-check checklist:

  • Confirm you are using the correct email associated with your Loyaltty login.
  • Check Loyaltty status page or company Slack/announcements to see if there’s a known outage. HubSpot’s support page suggests checking status.hubspot.com for issues, and Loyaltty may have a similar status page.
  • If you receive an error saying “account not found,” you may need to sign up or contact support (especially if you signed up for marketing materials but don’t have an account).

Escalation:

If you still can’t access your account, contact Loyaltty support with details: the exact error message, the email you used, and steps you’ve already tried. If it’s a password/email issue, support can trigger a manual reset or investigate any login errors on the backend.
