3. How do I create a deal or coupon in Loyaltty?

Creating a deal is straightforward:

  1. Open the Acquire section in the Loyaltty app or dashboard.
  2. Enter the details of your offer—for example, “10% off your first visit” or “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.”
  3. Loyaltty automatically generates a digital coupon and QR code associated with that offer.
  4. Save and publish the deal so it can be shared in-store and online.

  • In-store: They scan your QR code displayed at the counter, on signage, or on a printed standee.

Those contacts are added to your Loyaltty customer list, enabling future outreach through the Convert and Engage modules. However we mask some of the personal information to comply with the data security requirements.
